Shipping Policy

• Zlata Pharma LLP will share the order confirmation on your email id and/or contact no. stated at the time of placing the order immediately after an order has been successfully placed.
• All orders shall be shipped to the stated shipping address within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. The shipping details, along with tracking id and link, will be shared on your email id and/or contact no. stated at the time of placing the order.
• Shipped orders will be delivered to the stated shipping address in 7-12 days from the date of shipping.
• For orders containing multiple products, the delivery may be made in multiple shipments. In such cases, multiple shipping details, along with tracking id and link, will be shared on your email id and/or contact no. stated at the time of placing the order.
• The estimated delivery times shared will be indicative. There may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an email the reason for such delay and a revised estimated date of delivery.
• In case of order cancellation and refunds, all details will be shared on your email id and/or contact no. stated at the time of placing the order.
